Nur's Story

Life I had a wonderful year as an AFS Student at Amphi. After graduating from Amphi in 1967, I returned back to Turkey, and studied at the Middle East Tech.Univ. in Ankara for my Mech.Eng. Later, I went to Florida Atlantic Univ. (Boca Raton, FL) for my MBA degree. I worked in Izmir, Turkey from 1975 to 1980. oth immigrated to Toronto, Canada where I worked as a computer specialist. In 1985, we decided to go back to Izmir, Turkey and I set up my own company, Norana Ltd. In 1986, our daughter, Serra, was born. Our daughter now studies at Emerson College, Boston for her degree in Video Arts. We live in Izmir, Turkey and manage our company. We still do not know when to retire...
