COM.HLTH.ASST.CERT./B.A RELIGION MAJOR/HEALTH MINOR RESPECTIVELY. School Ololube Prince Iheanachor Nwousoma, was born in the year 1962 to the family of Abel Okpara And Sussanna Ada Mary Ololube. Both husband and wife are native of Odieke-Akoh, in Ahoada Local government of Rivers State: Nigeria. It was a tradition, common to clan; that any woman without a male child, be replaced by another woman as a second wife. My mother at this time, already had six(6)girls. So, my grand father Jeremiah adviced for a second wife! This order was carried, then Iwas born, and the second wife also gave birth to a baby boy, when I'd completed one year of age. I became the seventh child of my mother while the other was his mother's first child. There began competition and contention among the wives. Because a male child was needed, so I was call Iheanachor: meaning our most desired want and cherished gift. My father at this time was working in the northern state of Nigeria where the information got to him that a male is born to him and his family. Jeremiah my grand father never lived to see me, since he died a week before my birth. And when I'd completed four years my father married the third wife, an ex-police officer, and he took transfer back to Eastern Nigeria closer to the home. Not so long, I was taken away from my biological mother to be educated. And I attended the Mosco Road Nursery/Primary school. This was around 1966. The same year the military took over power, assuming they could correct coruption. Since, the cou'pe deta was not evenly distributed as agreed, civil war was the only solution. This civil war came with flood of water. There I learnt to fish and to farm. So masterly Iwas in fishing, that my mother bought me a wood canoe, just of my age. The war that started at about 1968/1969 ended 1970 when my home was captured by Nigerian soldiers. When school's resumed, I started like every other pupil. You may go back to my life profile. It took me time to know who my mother was. For my father's third wife was more caring than my biological mother. I still observe this up to when she died, 2002. After, I'd completed my primary school in 1974/1975, I join other in Post-primary education, where I completed in 1981/1982 and my West African result was with-held. Attached to it was a letter to me, that I was suspected cheating and my father refused to either write nor move to see the W.A.E.C. ie West African Examination Board. So with the spoilt result I joined my uncle to work in the chemist/pharmacy 1982-1983 and he left for U.S.A. Yet to make up my papers I joined the REMEDIAL course in the RIvers state School of Basic Studies, October, 1981 to July, 1982. While in the secondary or Post-primary school, I served as a dinning hall Prefect and at a period the senior prefect and his deputy frauded the school financially, so they were purnished openly and demoted, then I acted in their capacity, occuping both positions and mine. So, then these boys decided to deal with the Principal of the school during our final exames by charming him on the days of Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry. This, the principal discovered when all hospital approach failed, this was one of the reasons for the with-helding of my results, for he claimed that I failed to inform him about the evil plot that would've killed him. Within 1983 to 1984, I joined doctor Cupper Eneniah as a pharmacy assistant. And by 1984-1986, I practice petty trading to Sokoto in the Northern region of Nigeria. And by October, 1986 I enrolled into school of health and Technology, now College of Health and Technology. So life has been all through up and down, there has been a lot of chalenges. My confidence has been in the God the creator of heavens and earth. He has ever sustained those that trust in him. Not looking side ways, my keen interest has been to educate and to make a differnce. I along side attend Otapha community sec. sch. Abua, in Abua L.G.A. 1990/91 and Emego Community sec. sch. Emego Abua, date not necessary... College 1993 was a year of reconning, issues that affects me most was that while at shool, age does not matter. People behave alike. It takes a humble mind to go on and on taken lectures and completing assignments. At thought of interest, I was meet by three young ladies, we often love sitting together, while charting, still serious to listenning. The front row has been our poition of interest. It is very clear that many students do not like the the front roll. For reason best known to them. So whenever I got the chance to be earlier than the three girl friends, I reserve seats for them. They equally do the same to me. Andrews Academy is a Misionary school and morals are highly standard. The disciplinary measure is frightenning, because a mistake can delay you for two years. And when you refused to graduate with your group, it's as if the heaven will press down on you. The sorrow will hardly be wiped out of minds. It happen that my freshman period was over, yet I've made no choice of whom I might love best. Amongst the thre...Expand for more
e girls, I do move with. During our sofamor (year 2), we cherished our selves so much to the notice of many lecturers. The fact that we do pass our exames well no one seems to care much. One Jenifer seems to be a year ahead of us but she loves how we do things together. Here, I one day made up my mind to talk to one of the three girls. So, I started,"will you like to have my hands in mariage Meriam?" She replied mad man, who tought you that! Strange the three of them met to review me and, concluded I'm heading to scater the group. I appologized after a week seperation. Okey, in the cafeteria, we use to quiue in lines and once one of us is present, the others are secured. No caffeine-fueled or the like is allowed within the campuse. The addicts go to the town to satisfy their urge. The library closes (9.00pm or 9.30pm ), after this we go to the class rooms to continue our reading and comparing of notes. Then, I decided to be late to the classroom one day, they all got worried and pensive in thought of me. When I appeared, I refused to sit on the seat kept for me. That was the sadden day. I refuse to anwer any question from either of them. After, the days class work, came Thursday a semi rest day for assignments. There after, was Friday, preparing for the Holy Sabbath and school work for such a day closes latest by 12.00pm. Then, follows the chapel time. I did repeated the joke to another, within our group,She seem to have agreed, but, I wished to move with her without error. That was not her like , so she got her choice and bolted out of our group. Division started. I never knew that the school authorities few were observing us. It downed on me when,at the very thought of my racalling the first girl call me mad man, I decicided to hate them. At this point in time, one evening, when the chapel closed, the electric bob was not very clear, and many people walking before me and behind me, came the third to me and she wispered to me, can we move on together. I paused, no reply, she speed on over taken me. Then she advanced by creating another group, and directly and indirectly monitoring me. She love sitting were I do and so we came closer. But never wanting to open up,troubled me, so I began dropping short notes into her school bag. She then enjoyed reading my not than been close to me. Many atime we Quarel openly, and if she discovers I'm very serious to pull out, she will threaten to report me to a lecture whom I observe finally as her uncle. When, the second lady who made her choice out saw the steadiness in our relation, decided to come back just to seperate us. Many trials does not work ,so she arranged to fight her, mean while the first one is now very confused as she seem to be alone. The disciplinary committee, call me and I nearly to be suspended, then came another lecturer who rescue me. And this affected my G.P.A. And after reconcilation proper we still could not mary, due to circumstan Workplace Just as I've said earlier, with my experience in 1982, under my uncle in the medical store as a sales man and assistant pharmacy. It is clear that private business men do better and obtain far richer respect. In my another trial with doctor Cupper Enenia, He also could not pay workers any better, than intimidation and all his nurses disappeared from his sight. Then the Police came to instruct him to be paying certain amount of mony to them which he refuses, and was bitten to death, only God did sustained him yet he never appreciated. Yet miracle has it that he was a born again with the same body and thought. Work is essential if one has completed at least a degree programe. I was posted to a place called Emoh in Abuan L.G.A. Here began my clinical and preventive medicine. When on an occation initiated a community clean up 1989, the villagers enmass turned out, to perform at their best. Suddenly I heard a sound, the noice never stop, so I approached the scene, only to see a man lay on the floor. I enquired, a strange name was pronounced"ogbagama". What will that have to do with people? It's retaded evil practice. From my first aid, and prognosis, stroke was the suspect. Haven done my best, I refered the person to the closest general hospital to continue the care. Here it was proved as paraplegia. Stroke affecting one hand and one leg. As the patient progresses in recovering, the enemies strucked in and excused the the doctor in charge, that they've gotten the best way to handle such case. What was this about to show? A native doctor was invited and paid to finalize the killing. So he came up the use of dry leaves and fresh leaves mixed together put into an earthen pot and fire was ignated and placeed under the man's legs and with continual heating, the legs died finally up to the waist. THen he was taken to the teaching hospital, where the doctors could not help any more than to assist in mercy killing to eleviate sustained suffering. Just after the death of Egbor Mr. The community grew worst in human crime. Many were austere and bannished into exil. Those know no area to go died in the bush without burial ceremony. It's at this junture my eyes open. Now I can say, that many dead' are not natuaral, and that food does not make man or woman get fatened. But blood. After the experience of Mr.Egbor, I could conclude why people do migrate to places. It will be fair if I say that human slavery is still highly pronounced in Africa. I worked with a group of experts, recently within Nigeria. It makes no diference. They have coated tongues. oil lips, and buttered words. Yet the same. SO, I've to warn them. I finanally received a test messages buy to you and buy toNigeria. This is just a little experience. In my admin job, people files are sat on, if only you could beg with substance in your hands, you may get nothing out of you struggle. When you try to intrude as to advice the reply is usually wait for your turn and your tenure.
