hael returned with us to Red Oak in 1991, then graduated in 1999. Our son Dana and daughter Melana had previously graduated from Red Oak. Michael is an Army Warrant Officer, flying the Apache helicopter. He and his wife Silke are stationed in Germany, near her family. Their first child is due in June.
My dad and mom were married 53 years. Dad passed in 1993 and my mom, Pauline Brown, still lives where we were raised on NW 28th St. My brother, Charles, lives in El Granada, CA. His wife is Judy and their daughter is Stephanie. My sister Barbara (Brown) Vail is divorced. She has three beautiful red-haired daughters - Mindy in Houston, Karen in Fort Worth, and Brandi in Waco. Barbara lives in Granbury.
