Opal's Story
Life
I started working as a student at WAJ in the Main office and Library when I was 14.
I graduated in 1971 and started working full time as an adult at WAJ in March of 1972. I held several secretarial positions in the Main Office, Transportation department at the Bus Garage and the Main Building, Building and Grounds depa...Expand for more
rtment, Copy room, Detention and ISS Department and worked until 1999 when health problems prevented me to continue.
I reside in Ashland where I've been for over thirty years at this location. I live about 5 miles where I grew up. My Great Aunt Beatrice Holcomb Goodfellow (Class of 1932) lives nearby and keeps me quite busy.
