Oscar's Story
Oscar is from Newberry, South Carolina. He is married to Sarah Fleming Walker (Greenville SC). They have one son (Oscar Jermaine). He teaches high school and is the head basketball coach. He is a proud graduate of the Class of 1966 (Gallman High School). He attended Johnson C. Smith University until 1968. ited State Army Reserves as a Sergeant Major in 1999. He has been blessed to have worked in state government 23 years with two agencies, Dept of Motor Vehicles (Director of Financial Responsibility and the Governor's Office (Director of Economic Opportunity) - both having statewide authority. Oscar has been a licensed real estate agent since 1978. He is currently self-employed as a consultant and continues to do Real Estate (serving as Sales Manager for SC Real Estate Exchange) in Columbia, SC.
