Pam's Story
Moved to Washington State from Vallejo in 1969 with my ex-husband Tom. Married my husband Jim in 1981
I worked for 30 years in Ferndale, Washington at the then Mobil Refinery. I was a key punch operator. 30 years later I retired from the same place but different name Conoco Phillips as part of the IS Computer Group.
After retiring 5 years ago Jim and I moved to our rental house on Whidbey Island. We live in Greenbank, Washing...Expand for more
ton. Our house looks across the Puget Sound to Camano Island. I've taken up knitting and crocheting and trying to learn the basics. Normally we head to Yuma, Arizona in our motorhome for the months of November to April. When back home here on the Island we take advantage of sunny days and I ride on back of our 2006 Yamaha Road Star motorcycle. Otherwise, I try to get the yard in shape again after the Washington winter and rain.
