Pam's Story
Hi Wildcats,
It's been a long time, so here's a bit of news on where I've been.
I've had an interesting life so far. After a weird year at the University of Nebraska playing volleyball, I spent 2 years as a welder, followed by 7 years on the railroad as a brakeman/switchman in Colorado. Then my life started taking some really interesting turns. I went back to school and graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a bunch of academic honors (strange, I know), and then Yale Law School where I graduated near the top of my class. I've been a lawyer for a long time. I am at Google in Mountain View, California. I love being a lawyer with the mission of making the world's information universally accessible and useful. My hobby is racing bicycles. (Yes, I guess I am still an athlete.) My sister, Paula (BSHS '78), lives in Chicago with her hubby Mark and daughter, Peyton. Paula is a VP at JP Morgan!
