Pam's Story

Life Well, here I sit 27 years after graduation from the great MT! I am married (for the 2nd time and last), we have 2 beautiful biological children and 2 adopted medically fragile kids. My husband of 14 years, Greg, is the love of my life! We life in Orting Washington on a huge 200 acre farm...cows and all ;o) I have been a nurse for almost 25 years and love it! Our oldest daughter is 19 and starting out in life!! Work and college and where has the time gone??? Amazing to me.......seems like yesterday I was getting out of the pool and the coach was yelling something in GERMAN! School My biggest crush....hmmmmm where do I start? haha Well, I would say Perry Weilemann for sure.....but he was in love with my sister! HOW RUDE! hahaha Then there was Joe Harrison.......<sigh> and....Bill.......and....and....and.........and........ Workplace WORK.......hmmmm......that has been "colorful." ...Expand for more
I started off pulling 3 pt jobs so I could go to nursing school and then married a "MAGICIAN!" YUP! You guessed it.......we traveled across the country doing stage shows, working Vegas/Reno and Celebrity Golf and Tennis Tournaments....then we would come home and panic on how to pay the rent! hahhaha The life of a wannabe celeb...He was an excellent entertainer and funny to boot! Should of stayed friends with him......he was a great friend! After the divorce, I went back into nursing...and Corporate Medical stuff, then, back to nursing (OB/GYN & Pediatrics). Then, after I remarried, we opened a daycare in our home for medically fragile kids and healthy kids. We integrated them. Finding out my Mom had Liver failure we closed shop to spend more time with her....and became Foster Parents and I continued nursing. Now, I am a stay home Foster Mom and I home school our 13 year old son!!! GO FIGURE! :O)
