Pam's Story
Life
After leaving high school, I went to college at SUNY Fredonia and received my degree in Music Education. While at Fredonia, I decided I didn't want to teach and upon graduation enrolled at Syracuse University to obtain my Master's in counseling.
While at Syracuse I met my future husband and got married in 1973. We have 2 daughters, Elizabeth 28 and Katherine 21. We moved to Arizona in 1975 after living in New Jersey for 2 years.
After being a stay at home Mom for 10 years which I loved I went back to work at a social services agency, Christian Family Care Agency and have worked for this organization since 1989. I left briefly in 1997 to do something different with my life. I went back to the Agency in 2000. ...Expand for more
This is a non profit ministry that provides child and family counseling, foster care, adoption and crisis pregnancy counseling. I have provided direct practice in all these areas and currently I am VP of Programs in their southern Arizona office.
Professionally I also volunteer my time as a reviewer for an accreditation organization. I love my work for children and am thankful I have been able to work with this agency. It is a great charity if you would like to make a donation!!!!
My husband and I have a bible study in our Mesa home for young adults 21-30 years old and love teaching God's Word. We like to travel. I also am involved in my community in mobilizing people to help children in the foster care system.
