Pam's Story
After graduation, I attended Concord majoring in Early Childhood Education. After 2 years, I married Jerry Phipps, who graduated from Woodrow in 1970. We then moved to Indiana where Jerry was employed bt Metropolitan Life. We were transferred to Richmond,In, where our first daughter, Whitney was born. Then we were transferred to Anderson, IN, where our second daughter, Holly, was born. After another transfer, Jerry changed jobs and was hired by Firestone Tire and Rubber Co. where he is still employed. We moved to Lexington, KY,where we lived for 4 years and then moved to West Chester, OH.
In 1989, I began teaching in our church's pre-achool and taught there until 5 years ago. I still work at our church but I am now the assistant to the director of our before and after school program. In 2004, I was diagnosed with breast ...Expand for more

Our daughters are both grown now. Whitney graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a major in English and a minor in Business French. She is married and has three of the best daughters in the world. Right now she is a stay at home mom but plans to go back to work when the youngest is in school full time. Holly attended the University of Akron and graduated from Cincinnati State with degree in business. She works in a doctor's office.
Jerry and I moved to Lebanon 11 years ago. Lebanon is a small country town that is half way between Cincinnati and Dayton. We love to travel and have been lucky enoough to have gone to Hawaii 3 times, Mexico several times and to many of the islands in the Caribean.
