Pam's Story

Life Hi Everyone, Ha ha ,, it's been 16 years since I updated my bio ... or been on this site . I'm retired. , I still live in Northern California . My son Jeff whom was 33 when I did my last bio is 49 now. 😱. I still have my three children but I have nine grandchildren now… Ages almost 2 to 23 years old… I five boys and four girls,. … I just joined the Shasta Wheelmans cycling club today I went to orientation for the citizen bike patrol with Redding police department… We start May 5th Patrolling the Sacramento, River Trail, and reporting back to RPD of any incidences that need to be reported there's five categories that I just learned today… I need to get my bike checked, fingerprinted, background, check, and a T-shirt and my picture put on a identification card. 😂. I do a lot of hiking… I love the waterfalls and all the trails up here in the great Pacific Northwest… They're right out my back door with an hour away I get to see beautiful, gorgeous, volcanic bubbling, mud pots… Volcanic mountains, snowing… Lots of rivers and trails and creeks everywhere I try to stay healthy and most of all happy ! I just saw that my bio has not been updated for about 2 years. I will be brief. I live in beautiful Northern California, about 2 hours or more North of Sacramento. I love it here. I am a registered nurse in the Neonatal (newborn) intensive care nursery. I love my job. I love the "No traffic problems" here. It takes me about 15 minutes to get to work and that is stopping for coffe first. NICE! I have 3 children, Jeff 33, Shannon 26 and Matthew 24. I have 5 granchildren (3 boys and 2 girls) 6,3,2,2, 5 months old. They are the joy of my life. I don't get to see two of them regularly as they live in So. Calif. I am currently single, and I work when there isn't anything better to do. I guess I work for my retirement these days. Aren't we all...Expand for more
getting older.??? I still feel like that young, slightly shy (not anymore) girl who had her dreams just a breath away. I still FEEL like that young at heart girl. I love life...but I would like to experience it just a little more. Ha Ha. I would like to rekindle friendships. I have have found many lost friends, even friends of my brohter through this site and he was a senior when I was a freshman. My mom is Eileen Stephenson and my Aunt is Margie Stephenson. They attended Huntington High in West Virgnia and they would like to find old friends too. I believe I have posted this on Huntingtons spot as well. So if anyone cares to have a little fun...write and I will write back. We have nothing to lose. Your friend, Pam School I always thought Mike Armstrong was cute.. And when I sat behind him in class I loved to smell his "Brutt" Ha Ha. I had crushes on many cute guys, but was really too shy to express myself. I usually went with guys from other schools.... Not sure why anymore. ???????? Miss Miles who married Mr. Smith (she was the modern dance teacher) gave me a lot of confidence in myself. I loved that class,,,she helped to bring out the creativity in me. My Art teacher (name escapes me now) he was a football coach as well...well, he was a lot of fun and helped to find myself throught color and design. I was never an artist, but the talent must have skipped me and came out in my off spring because my oldest son is brilliant and is a senior art director for a very busy advertizing agency in Orange Co., Calif. If I could do the highschool thing again... I WOULD... I just want to know what I know now before going to highschool... that would be terrific. One that really sticks out in my mind is the brief dating of Mark Webster. He was pretty cute...but not my type... Funny isn't it. I ended up having a cat named Webster... Now that is funny.
