Pam's Story
Life
I moved away from Chesapeake in the middle of 9th grade, but have always felt most connected with people from there, where I spent my "formative years". I went back to Great Bridge in June '79 to see all of my old friends graduate from High School. It was a bittersweet experience; great to see all of the gang, but sad to realize the ongoing friendships I'd missed out on! The moral of this story is: if you have kids, don't move while they're in high school! :-)

9th grade there. Being in band became a big part of my life and I stuck with it until the summer of '78, when we travelled to Europe for the World Music Contest. Then I skipped my senior year and started college early. I sure did miss graduating with everyone, though!
I got married in 1995, but at that late date decided to keep my own name. No kids, no pets.
I moved to Switzerland in 1994, and then to France in 1997, where I now live. I work at the United Nations in Geneva, doing editing and desktop publishing.
