Pamela's Story
Life
I am living in Northwest Florida in Hurricane Alley. I am working for the City of Milton as the public information officer. Recently I stepped down from working as a full time reporter of the local paper to freelance. Mrs. Nelson at Hueytown Elementary will not be surprised I became a writer--I made her read my scribbled stories in 6th grade.

I am happily married to Dan Holt and mother of three children: Kristen 19, Katelin 15, and Emma 13.
Dan is a mechanical engineer by training at U of Alabama and is currently working as a engineer/analyst at Pace Data Corp in Pace, Florida. Just down the street from Milton.
I always wanted to be a writer when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a great idea. As it turns out, they were right.
My current age is 39. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be wise. I was so completely optimistic.
