Pamela's Story
Life
After Van Nuys High School I attended Cal.State University Northridge for two years, majoring in Theater. After two years study and a trip to New York, I understood that the theater was not my future. I moved to Washington State in 1979 to attend the University of Washington, (and to chase a guy I'd met and liked while vacationing with our classmate, Janelle Daigle, who had already moved to Washington State. Silly thing to do? Maybe. Fun thing to do? YES!) I earned my BA in Communications and then stayed in Washington: it's just beautiful here! I love the skiing in close by Canada, and how the seasons change. In 1981 I met a different guy, who turned out to be "the right guy", and we married in 1985. We have one daughter, ...Expand for more

Although I work as a corporate accountant by day, I've also nourished my love of performance by becoming a Jazzercise instructor and opening a business teaching Jazzercise in my community. That puts me on stage in front of my class five days a week; looks like that high school Drama class, Gymnastics Team and Drill Team/Class Cheerleader stuff shaped a part of my personality and future after all. I had enough fun in high school that I treasure my memories and still regret the "lost contact with" friends I had there, (Heidi/Mike) and also the lost contact with friend I had here in Washington (Janelle). But, life's been great overall here in Washington and I feel blessed with the outcome of the choices I've made.
