Pamela's Story
Life
My enthusiasm, laughter, and love of nature, God and travel haven't changed since high school. Today I live more in each moment with trust and peace. I celebrated 20 years of marriage in 2004 summer with a family cruise reunion to Alaska. In 2009 we celebrated 25 years with our best friends by taking a float plane trip south of town to Taku Glacier Lodge for the salmon bake.
Neil Hagadorn and I have shared great love and adventures across the US, Alaska, Canada, England, Scotland and in April of 2010 Europe river cruise. God has been with us in the SARS epidemic in Toronto, the London bombings in 2005 and the Icelandic volcano eruption of 2010 as we came and went from Amsterdam and Budapest.
I just retired from leading the public relations and communications for the US Forest Service in Alaska. My work with the Forest Service provided opportunities to teach skills on effective presentations, media relations, and communication planning. It also provided me plenty of travel from Washington DC, to Portland to Anchorage.

church, the SE Alaska Primrose Society and Master Gardners, with a finally completed Japanese theme garden at our home. I serve as an Advanced Toastmaster, teaching speaking tips in SE Alaska.
We have a 2-story red cedar home with a vaulted wall of windows looking west across the sea and the deep green of the Tongass National Forest to the mountains of Glacier Bay. Neil and I enjoy boating, fishing, RV camping, and gardening in the 20 hours of daylight in Juneau's summer.
I help people through two networking businesses -- PrePaid Legal and Creative Memories. PPL provides legal and Identity Theft protection for a flat fee. Creative Memories provides digital and traditional ways to organize and publish your photos, scrapbooks and slide shows.
Through the last 10 years of personal growth & study, I have reawakened my spiritual life with a closer, vibrant connection to God, nature, and myself. I am active with a spirit-filled church and learning more each day of His purpose in my life and how to give joy to others.
