This is all soooo very true about life, love, and relationships today. So take a moment and read it. It will enlighten you. .. ~Life isn't fair, but it's still good. ~When in doubt, just take the next small step. ~Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. ~Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends and parents will. Stay in touch. ~You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree. ~Cry with someone. It's more healing than crying alone. ~Make peace with your past so it won't screw up the present. ~Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about. ~Take a deep breath. It calms the mind. ~Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful. ~Whatever doesn't kill you really does make you stronger. ~It's never too late to have a happy childhood. But the second one is up to you and no one else. ~When it comes to going after what you love in life, don't take no for an answer. ~Burn the candles, use the nice sheets, wear the fancy lingerie. Don't save it for a special occasion. Today is special. ~Over prepare, then go with the flow. ~No one is in charge of your happiness but you. ~Always choose life. ~Forgive everyone everything. ~What other people think of you is none of your business. ~Time heals almost everything. Give time, time. ~However good or bad a situation is, it will change. ~Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does. ~Believe in miracles. ~God loves you because of who God is, not because of anything you did or didn't do. ~...Expand for more
Growing old beats the alternative -- dying young. ~All that truly matters in the end is that you loved. ~Get outside every day. Miracles are waiting everywhere. ~If we all threw our problems in a pile and saw everyone else's, we'd grab ours back. ~Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need. ~The best is yet to come. ~No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up. ~Life isn't tied with a bow, but it's still a gift. .. .. ..". More about Pamela:"Just wanted to add a little note here, for those of you who don't know, those who know what I have been going through these past 5 or so months. In January I was diaginosed with BREAST CANCER. First person in my family to get it, with no other family history of it. The type of CANCER I have is called HER 2 positive, and there is a website(HERconnection) that gives some really good info on the cancer. Since getting on to facebook I have found several old friends and also several long lost family members, which I found I something I needed. I have had several people tell me "pam why don't you have any pictures on your profile" well i didn't think any pictures looked good for my profile. So this is what I am going to do. I will be uploading a picture of me after I cut my hair shorter than I usally keep, and then my son took one of me the other day of my bald head (along with my dog chopper) and it dosen't look too bad, so I am going to post that one also. Since I have shaved my head I have since gotten a wig and I will get a picture of me and my wig posted also. Most people who know me know I have always had long hair at least to the middle of my back or longer. So don't be suprised if these pictures don't look like the person you remember, I am still the same person, but maybe a bit stronger from what i am going through. I give thanks to all of you who have prayed for me and have kept me in your thoughts, I can never tell you exactly how much that means to me , knowing that I have soooooo many people out there rooting for. Thank you all for you love and support.".
