In school I guess I was classified as a loner or even a nerd.At least to the "in" crowd. I did not speak to or not speak to someone based on their social standings in the food chain so to speak. High school sucked! Everybody was to busy trying to get everyone one else to buy into the facade that they were so much better then the majority.Even then I did not get into all the propaganda bull crap. I can say the people that mattered to me in high school i still speak to today twenty years later. But I learned many a valuble lessons from high school.Because today whether it be in the work place or in a social group everyplace has it cliques. I am not different today then i was twenty years ago. Okay so that isn't entirely true. My heart is no different. I still love people for who they are, not what they are. i don't care if the have money or panhandle on some corner just to get by.The biggest lesson high school taught me was not to judge a book by its cover.Like an old saying I heard once no matter how much you polish a turd, its still a turd! I did my best not to step on any toes while I was in school if I did and it hurt I'm sorry. I did my best to keep my head down, do my time and get out.
