Life
Like the rest of you I'm getting older by the day. I live in LA, that's Lower Alabama, near the Gulf. The eye of Hurricane Ivan passed over my house last year. I am the mother of two grown daughters and four beautiful, but active grandsons- ages 6,3,almost 2, and 2 weeks. I have been a widow for eight years now. My life is pretty laid back--I take care of my mom, do a little volunteer work, help out with the grandkids, and travel a little. I plan...Expand for more
to take an Alaskan Cruise this summer.I used teach computer classes to elementary students, was a Girl Scout Leader and all that good stuff, but when your own kids get older it's not much fun anymore. I would love to take a trip back to Madrid, but I've heard that there is too much anti-American sentiment right now. It certainly doesn't seem like it has been 30 years since we were all students, carefree and innocent and ignorant! Oh well, life goes on.
