Pamela's Story
Well my story is short...I stayed around in the Wash DC metropolitan area for about 20 years after school pursuing a job in Computers. I retired in 2000 and got Married in 2001(first marriage). We moved to Pasadena Md where my hubby started his career w/ the VA Hospital in Baltimore. He then applied for a Chiefs job in Sheridan WYO, and to my disbelief he got the job. We moved to Wyoming in 2007. He has since got another big promotion so my job is to support my husband and to follow him wherever his career takes him. I now spend most of my time gardening and working 3 days a week. We have a new home that we built and it takes alot of my time designing and decorating and cleaning. We are trying to get used to the small town lifestyle, i mean small....the town is only 16,000 peeps. It is a beautiful little town nestled at the base of the Big Horn Mountains and we are only 15 miles from the Montana border. Great town to raise a family, however I have no biological children of my own and my husbands two boys are grown. We miss our families, friends and the bay crabs that we left back east, but we don't miss the traffic and the crowds. The summers are mild and we enjoy the outdoors and each other.

o school I had some really cool friends. I remember not wanting to go much but when I did, I actually enjoyed it. We had some great long lunches,I loved my crazy pink hat, my best friends were Sondra Pikulski and Kurt Wustner. I was never popular just a burnt out trying to make it to class and to school everyday. My most memorable time was senior skip day when we went to Great Falls MD and Great Falls VA and just had an F__in great time (got kicked out of both places). I would say senior skip day was a success. I would like to hear from anyone else who joined us that day and hear what you thought about that day. I got in trouble for trying to organize a sit down protest (almost got expelled) and I had to go to the prom with my best friend. Almost missed the bus on a Spanish class field trip to DC to see the Flamingo Dancers...seems someone in the kitchen thought I was there long lost love and sent me lots of vino that the Spanish teacher(Ms. Houchens) wouldn't allow me to drink. Talk about someone being on drugs, and it wasn't me. Oh those were the days of just lookin for the fun, the laughs and good friendships. Oh well, gotta go. I would tell you more, but if I tell you everything, who would buy the book.
