Pamela's Story
Since leaving Esperanza in 1998, I have continued my education (yes, I'm still getting educated!). I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2001 from the University of Arizona. I moved back to YL, and pursued my Master's degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University while working for the County of Orange, in Probation. evelopment. I am currently getting ready to start my 6th year of the PhD program, and can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am currently teaching between 2-4 classes a year at the University of Arizona, on Close Relationships and Family Dynamics.
I married the love of my life in 2006 after dating for 7 years. My husband, Ed and I live in Arizona with our dog Sydney. We have a wonderful home and both enjoy surfing, swimming, and traveling.
