Parnell's Story
I graduated Castleberry in 1983. I went to College at Wolsey Hall School of Theology, Oxford. I graduated with a Bachelor degree in Theology. I them went to Minesota Graduate School of Theology and recieved a US Bachelor degree in Theology, then I went to St. Alcuin House Theologucal seminary and I completed by Doctoral degree. St. Alcuin House is Oxford alliliated. I was ordained a deacon in 1995, and a priest in 1998. I was commisioned an officer in the Texas Guard and I became a military chaplain. I am now an ecclesiastical endorsor for the US Armed Forces.

to Carolyn Castaneda, an honor grad from Diamond Hill, she holds a BA degree and MA degree. I have 5 children, 2 girls and one boy. All Castleberry Lions. My oldest Daughter Mary Parnell graduated from Texas Tech University, my oldest son John Jr. s a Longhorn. My yougest daughter Christina is going to be an Aggie, my second son, Joseph is in Castleberry Elementary and my youngest son Jacob is almost 2 years old.
I have worked in Misisons and in the church all my life, trying my best to serve God and County.
