Pat's Story
I went to Central Catholic in 9th grade and Terrell Wells (or as we called it then, Terrible Smells) for the first semester 10th grade -- then over to Highlands for second semester 10th grade.
I did not like Highlands (thought it was rich kids) so came back to Harlandale for junior and senior years. Because I was a year younger than everyone else in the class of '62, somehow I ended up being listed with juniors in the yearbook. Nevertheless, I graduated in '62 when I was 16 and joined the Army when I turned 17 shortly after graduation.

ny other UTs). Graduated in '71 with a business degree and after working in Fort Worth, Houston, Washington, DC, and Chicago, started my own company in Dallas in 1980.
Moved the company to Austin in 1984 and have been here (Austin) ever since. My long-time partner (Diana McIver) and I own two companies -- a software company that develops and sells facility management software (MicroMain Corporation) and a real estate company that develops and manages apartment communities -- mostly in Texas (DMA Companies).
UPDATE August 2021:
Sold my software company in 2018 - mostly retired now. Recently built a vacation get-away on the Guadalupe near Boerne.
