Now living in Austin, TX. Still married to Mark Epstein - 38 years! - and counting on at least 38 more! We became grandparents two years ago. My oldest son, Josh, and his wife Jessica gave us a baby girl, Grayson Olivia, on May 9, 2008. After raising three boys, this has been heaven! Been in Austin now for three years - it continues to grow on me. I've managed to get myself involved in a number of community activities, including serving on a major Austin ISD committee that addresses boundary changes for schools (oh boy!), and working in some School Board campaigns. Before Austin, Mark and I lived in the DFW Metroplex area most of our lives together. In Dallas, I was a member of the Richardson ISD Board of Trustees, so I was obviously very active in public education issues and concerns. Loved every minute of it. As I said, I have three boys: Josh (31), married to Jessica, who is the most amazing daughter-in-law in the world. Last year Josh just left his job as an attorney with Baker Botts here in Austin to return to school to get an MBA. He graduated in May 2010 as the valedictorian of his MBA class. He's going to be the most "degreed" person I know! Josh is a brilliant person, funny, cranky, amazing. Whatever he does, I'm sure he'll succeed. Such a mensch! Seth (28), spent a couple of years teaching overseas (Moscow - yep, Russia!)... Seoul (S. Korea). He's traveled the world is now teaching in Richardson ISD at his own old elementary school. He's also an actor - extremely talented, but chose instead to see the world a bit first. Not married, but lives with a gorgeous, funny, delightful young woman who is also teaching at this time.
