Pat's Story

Pat Harrison is a change coach & speaker. He formed his coaching & consulting organization with the vision of helping individuals and businesses succeed by uncovering the possibilities of change. Pat¿s entire career has been focused on start up and turnaround situations, dealing with organizational and personal change. Pat brings over 28 years of extensive experience to his practice. From his Vice President level positions in operations and divisions, to founder and principal of his own coaching and speaking group, Pat has gained a broad range of experience in the business world. Pat¿s business experience is spread between fortune 50, start-up and non-profit organizations. He has held positions such as Manufacturing Manager, Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Manufacturing & Logistics Services, and Office of the President. In addition, Pat has been very involved in organizational development and training and is a trainer for classes such as Situational Leadership, Effective Meetings, Customer Service, and Lean Manufacturing. Throughout his career he has been recognized as a leader, facilitator and motivator who has helped people improve in their careers. Pat¿s goal is to help people think differently, crystallize their vision of the future, and then uncover the possibilities of change to achieve that vision. Pat shares life with his wife Cheryl, a very successful executive on her own, and his office with his long term friend Sammy, a Siamese cat. Cheryl is his partner and inspiration. Sammy reminds Pat on a daily basis that the greatest gift you can give someone is to be totally content with who you are, but still want to hang out with someone special. Sammy also reminds Pat of some of the other important life lessons, get plenty of sleep, play often, follow the sun, and enjoy simple pleasures. Pat has a BS in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco and attended Stanford¿s Graduate School of Business for Finance & Accounting for Executives. In addition, he is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the World Wide Association of Business Coaches.
