After graduation I spent the next few years in the ¿rock ¿n roll dance and band business¿. I managed/promoted dances for a couple years and ended up opened a booking agency in Seattle and managed/booked fifteen bands including Marilee Rush and the Turnabouts, Don and the Good Times, The Sonics, City Zoo and Dynamics. It was a very interesting experience for a young guy. Around then, I married my first wife, Ann, and we had two wonderful children, our daughter Nikkol who lives in Port Angeles and son Tracy who lives in Tacoma. After fifteen years Ann and I divorced and five years later I met my second and still current wife, Beverly. We lived in Tacoma when we met, moved to Bellingham for about fifteen years, then spent nine years in Sun City West, AZ. We moved back to the Bellingham area in 2009 and live at Birch Bay, my old stomping grounds. We plan to build a new home there this year and make this ¿it¿! Between my two children and Bev¿s four, we have twelve grand children and two great-grand children. Boy, does that start to make me sound old? Career wise, I did a number of things in the ¿early days¿ and eventually became the sales manager of the Justus Co., a cedar home manufacturing company, in Tacoma. After five years of hard work and too much travel I decided to find something where I could stay home more and I got my real estate license and began selling real estate in Tacoma in 1977.
