Pat's Story
After graduation I went to Mt Sinai School of Nursing, graduating in June of 1965. In December I married my fantastic husband. We remained in the Cleveland area long enough to have nine children. I continued working part time in nursing while enjoying all the activities that nine children can think to do. In 1983 we moved to Michigan and then in 1987 to Indiana. I continued nursing until 1992. I still had four children at home, one of which I home schooled through high school. Once they were all out of the house, I thought I would relax and enjoy. a real estate sales agent and in 2007 went back to school again to get my broker's license. I guess I just like being a student. Real Estate has been a great choice because just like nursing it is helping people. Seven of our children are within 3 to 4 hours of our home and they other 2 are in Florida and England. Fifteen grandchildren are added to the mix as well as 3 great grandchildren. I do mptreturn to Wickliffe as much since my mother died. I also lost my husband of almost 50 years in 2015. I have recently married another wonderful man who has added 3 more children and 6 more grandchildren to our family. Life has been good to me and I have been very blessed.
