Pat Krause:  

In the years after SCLHS I attended college at Northwestern Lutheran, Golden Valley yLutheran and Augsburg. Finished with a Bachelor of Music in vocal performance. During thoyse years I wrote the scores for three original plays and processionals for my own and a couple of friends' weddings. The girl who served as student secretary for the theatre dept was the one with whom I coordinated rehearsals for the musicians. Her name was Diane Nestrud, but it has been Diane Krause for 34 years now. As I neared completion of my BMus, we learned that our first child was on the way. So I continued in the food business to support my family. I went from a line cook with Marriott, to head cook at St Mary's Hospital (Mpls) to production manager and R&D with a frozen entree company. In 1988 I went to Bethel Seminary in St Paul and earned a Master of Divinity. The last 19 years I've served 3 Baptist churches in MN (Cushing, Blomkest & Roseau).
