Pat's Story
Life
Earned my BA in Communication/Broadcast/Journalism in December 1997. Married, six daughters, ages from 46 to 56. Retired after 25 years as assistant to the registrar at a private college. Traveled with my husband for two years throughout the US. Canada and Mexico. Got bored and took a position as Director of 12 group homes for mentally retarded and emotionally ill adults. volunterring at the United Way. As often as possible I go to a little town in northwest North Carolina to visit friends and soak in the beauty of the mountains. One of my most exciting experiences -backpacking throughout Europe with one of my daughters for a month. Eight grandchildren,one great grandson and two great granddaughter. Finally, my youngest granddaughter is my one and only redhead. Life has been full of surprises - lots of ups and downs but wonderfully fulfilling.
