Pat's Story

I have been blessed with a great family life. You saw my first wife of 19yrs together at our 1988 reunion with my first daughter. Becoming a widower in 1992, my angels were looking over me in the fall and another beautiful young Oregon woman came into my life. You know, when you sit next another and there's a feeling calmness and a bit of awe. And about four months later, that kiss on the check. And now four more great kids and a second family life. I may be working until I die to make ends meet,...Expand for more
but I know I am loved and am leading a happy life and right now giving back to my community in volunteer work in community planning issues. Grandpa of three with four more potential family groups in the pipeline. I've wondered what it would be like to ride a glider kite off Slide Mountain and rise in the thermals to 14,000 feet, but just don't think I have guts to do. That's me, always conducting my life within safe parameters. See what it looks like over Lake Tahoe at Sand Harbor at 14,000+ feet.
