Patrice's Story
Here's a bit about me after high school. I moved to Nevada and graduated from U.N.R. After that I decided to travel to New Zealand and ended up living there for about a year. I settled in Chicago as I was broke by then and needed a job. While there, I met my husband at a Cubs game and have been married for thirty-five years now. We have lived all around the midwest as my jobs working for Nabisco, Quaker Oats, United Distillers and Godiva transferred us around a bit. My career was in Food Safety/Regulator...Expand for more
y Compliance and Quality Assurance. It afforded me the opportunity to travel around the U.S., Canada, and Europe. I recently retired in the hopes of more traveling. Not an option now that Covid-19 is on the scene. But, gardening, cooking and learning magic have been fun. I can amaze kids and many times myself if a trick works out as planned! That should give you an idea of my skill level. I am nothing if not determined! So, maybe I will reconnect with some of my old classmates while sheltering-in-place!
