Patricia's Story
Life
After graqduation, I attended Western Michigan University. I graduated in 1973 with a Bachelors in elementary education. I spent some time working for a juvenile program in Detroit. After getting married I lived in California and Hawaii. My son was born there shortly before my return to Michigan in 1977. I taught in Gibraltar Schools as a substitute for 3 years. it was time for a career change. I have been with the company 26 years - the last 19 as a general agent in Monroe. I remarried in 1982 and inherited two daughters.
I now have three grandchildren - Isabel is 7, Eric is 2 and they belong to my son and daughter-in-law. My husband Bruce and I spend a lot of time with them. What fun! Hannah is 4 and she belongs to my daughter and son-in-law. They live in Bedford and we don't see them as often. My oldest daughter and her husband have a dog!
