Patricia's Story
Well, I never left the bay area. I lived in Milpitas for 26 years. I now live in my mom and dad's home. The one I lived in when I went to high school. They have passed away many years ago. I went to college and got my degree in data processing. My first job was with the Federal Government. I worked for NASA for a few years and then was transfered to Moffit Field Naval Air Station. I worked there until I decided to leave about six years later. I was a computer operations and programming. Don't ask me any questions, because I can't talk about my job there. You know, top secret and all that. My next job was with ADP (Automatic Data Processing) were I was a client service rep. I had a client bass of 900 companies and did the payroll and payroll taxes for all the emplo...Expand for more
yees plus the companies payroll taxes. We filed each companies taxes for them. I was there for 20 years. My last job. I took it easy and was slumming. Ha, Ha. I worked at the Rosicrusian Park for a year as a computer operators. I have 2 wonderful boys. Greg 39 and Kenny 42. They are the love of my life and my pride and joy. My wonderful husband passed away in 2010 of prostate cancer. He was a wonderful man and a wonderful person and a wonderful husband. I miss him dearly. I have one son here in San Jose and the other lives in Oregon. Both have good educations, good jobs and are both married. I recently had my first grandchild last August. A little girl. FINALLY a girl in the family. I love her to death. I have been retired since 2003 and loving every minute of it.
