Patricia's Story
Married the love of my life, Bobby Kelly when I was 21. Bobby passed away 6 months later. His beautiful son (who looks just like him, acts like him) was born 40 days later. Way too early, but he made it and has grown into a handsome, caring man. I have a wonderful daughter who is one of the smartest women I know. (hey, I can brag-It's my life!) Both my kids are writers. I married Charlie Dickson and we devorced 13 years later. In 1989 I married Bill Paterick. A great man with a fantastic sense of humor. He passed away in 2002. I have retired after working in the computer field since graduation. I have two beautiful granddaughers (my daughter's girls) who are shear joy to be with. I am currently taking care of my handicapped sister and working to get her the services she needs. I am a Christian and could never have made it this far without my faith. life have been very hard, but many things have been so good-I've had a lot of happy times. I'm so glad am I here and able to care for my sister.
My sister passed away last September after a long struggle. Kind of trying to find myself again after 18 years of caring for her. I'm glad her pain is over but I miss her so much.
