Patricia's Story
When I graduated High School I moved to Sunnyland and worked for Caterpillar till they laid off 1000's and me. Moved south looking for work in 1986 and have been here every since. Been in the same job for 16 years. My kids are all grown and on their own now. We have one Granddaughter she is seven months old and the big joy in our lives. When I lived in Illinois I rode motorcycles. Sold my bike when my daughter was born. My Husband bought me a new bike in 2004 a Goldwing 1800, he rides a Goldwing also. When time permits we ride our bikes. I would love to hear from Old Friends or new ones. Pat

e we were such good friends back then.
What its like to have strength. My son had cancer when he was 5. It was a long road we lived in Childrens Hospital for 15 months. He is my hero for all he went through and the joy he came out with. He is 21 now and breaking horses on a Ranch in SC.
Last two years I have won 1st place in a bike show for raising the most money for the American Cancer Society a cause close to my Heart.
My oldest friend was a neighbor girl and her brother. We were best friends till she passed away from Cancer. Still talk to her Mom every week and check on her brother, I miss her dearly.
My first job was at A & W Rootbeer, where I got paid .35 an hour to car hop. What I remember most about it is how much fun I had with my friends.
