I am the Executive Director of Onondaga Community Living, a small not for profit agency in Syracuse, NY. You can learn about us by going to our website, just click in our agency's name. In my past agency we were recognized as a best practice in NY state. In the current agency we have the state recognition once again and also have the same recognition both nationally and internationally. I enjoy writing and have been published in professional journals, newsletters and have a book. I consult regularly and had the honor to spend two months doing so in Australia and New Zealand in 2003, with return trip to both countries again in 2004. I also have two different Governor's appoitments to councils in Albany that work with disabilties issues. I have a wonderful and dedicated group of staff that I work with. I have a phenominal Board of Directors. I cannot imagine a better place to work. I feel very fortunate to be where I am at today.
