Patricia's Story
After spending 12 years working in Manhattan, I decided that it was time to add to my family. Kathleen arrived in 1980 and Kristine in 1983. In 1987, we moved to Florida where a year later I was able to begin working at Walt Disney World as a secretary. Last October (2008) I celebrated my 20 year anniversary there, the last 17 years as the Operations Secretary for the Fire Department. g able to sing on stage at EPCOT in the annual Candlelight Processional for Christmas. I love to sing and this brought singing to the "nth" degree for me. I had an opportunity to meet and be on stage with many celebrities and these are some of my most treasured memories. I became the "mother-in-law" twice in 4 months when both girls got married - what an amazing hectic period of time. Now, I'm just looking forward to retirement and getting around to all the things I'd really like to do.
