Patricia's Story
I came to La Habra High School in my sophomore year. My family moved from Northern Indiana to California in 1958. Quite a change of culture for a teenager (me). But it worked. My high school years were okay. I basically had two close friends the whole time, and they are still close friends after 60 plus years. That’s a blessing! in a bank. I was married in 1968, have three children and nine grandchildren. Our family has experienced the best of times and the worst of times. But my faith in God helps me breathe. I am a widow, married 48.5 years to the love of my life. I shared this because I read some of your stories, and I admire you all for being open about how life happens. Thank you for reading mine.
