Patricia's Story
After high school graduation, I went to Broome Tech for two years and graduated with an AA in Liberal Arts. I met my husband Joe at the Other Place. I went on to SUC at Buffalo, where i majored in teaching Special Education.. I graduated in 1973.. I started teaching in Veron-Vernona-Sherrill School District, and went part time to Syracuse University, where I earned my masters Degree in Reading and Learning Disabilities in July 1976. n November 1976. We moved back to our hometown of Binghamton. We had 3 children, 2 boys and a girl.
I taught in several school district in the area and retired in 2010. Joe and I live more than half the year in The Villages, Florida, and come back to our house in Binghamton for the summer.
My interests include family genealogy, reading, walking aerobics, photography, decorating,, bunco and mah jongg, volunteering, traveling,, and always learning new things..
