Patricia's Story
Life
Since school I have never lived anywhere but California though I have done some traveling. I am a Financial Planner and Tax Preparer in my husbands practice in Roseville, CA. We love our clients so only plan on semi-retiring in a few years. Enjoy our grandkids, all sports, horses & dogs. Looking forward to seeing all of you at the next Reunion. You all need to put your Bio in Classmates!
Now it is 2009, my husband Jack and I have sold our business and are in the process of retiring. We have two grown children each and 4 grandkids. Plan on taking some nice trips in the RV and spending more time with the family and friends and R&R & hobbies.
We live in Sun City Lincoln Hills and would love to hear from other classmates or neighbors.

Spent 51 days this fall traveling around the US in the motorhome. Visited wonderful friends and family. Saw many great sights. We all live in a great country. Loved the large farms and corn fields of the midwest. The East coast is always a spectacular sight and so full of history. My husband Jack and I are both healthy and enjoying retirement. We still work some during tax season for the people that bought out tax practice but only during the first part of the year. Enjoy attending the Kiwanis club and serving on projects to help the troops and our community.
God Bless America and support our troops!

ingingly busy year. Jack and I both worked tax season again and haven't stopped since. We spent 43 days on a motorhome trip into Canada, then dropping down into Montana and both East and West Glacier National Parks then back to Waterton, Alberta Canada for another 7 days and then home, visiting old friends in Wyoming on the way. In Canada we experienced amazing sights as we hiked, camped and traveled with other terrific members of the Naval Academy Alumni RV Group. We experienced the 100 year storm where the TransCanadian Hwy was completely washed out, eleminating a portion of our schedueled trip, forded two road floods and found higher ground west of Calgary. During this storm they evacuated approx 120,000 residents from Calgary due to flooding. We were very lucky! If you haven't seen Glacier National Parks you need to put it on your "Bucket List". Amazing!
Lincoln Kiwanis Club keeps us busy working various projects to provide money for the many events we do to help children, elderly and vetrans. We just finished the Placer County Veterans Stand-Down where we served many homeless and retired vets for three days. I made "vats" of potatoe salads etc and washed pots big enough to bathe in but for such a great cause.
Am now in the process of remodeling our kitchen and spending time with family and friends whenever possible.
Retirement is not for sissys!
God Bless America and Support Our Troops!
