Life
After H.S. I worked as a telephone operator in Whittier, got married, had 3 kids, went back to school, got an R.N. degree, lived and worked in various places ( San Dimas, Palmdale, Lancaster, Little Rock(CA), Hesperia, Victorville, Apple Valley, San Bernardino, St. Louis, MO.,Lucerne, and now Upper Lake,in Northern Calif. I also have 10 grandkids. My husband and I separated 5 years ago, but remain friends. I work in Ukiah, but am currently on a family leave since I am also a foster parent to 6 children, ages 4 months, 7 months, 2, 3, 5, and 8. I love being a nurse, but took a family leave because I had just acquired a second baby, then found out that the 4 kids I had for a year previously, but went home, were being put back into foster care after only 3 months, so I took them back. I'm living in a new large manufactured home on 2 1/4 acres I bought here in Upper Lake, CA. My hobbies are cooking, decorating, gardening, swimming, volleyball, piano, reading, frisbee, bicycling, camping. I love going to my church meetings and conventions, and visiting with my friends. My currents pets are 2 cats, but I also love goats, horses, and some but not all dogs.
