Patricia's Story

We are now retired -- Life is good. Currently living between our home in Rockville Maryland and our vacation home on the Cacapon River in West Virginia. In short, Bill and I are thoroughly enjoying ourselves. Our 48 wedding anniversary this June; and some said it would not last :-). Two stubborn people from Berkeley; from the get go we knew we would last a good long while. We are off to Hilo Hawaii May 19 2019 for our son, Daniel’s beach wedding. fic Ocean in Kona Keya Hawaii. A first for each of them. Dr. Maricris Mangasi-Meyer DDS and Daniel Meyer are making their home in Hilo Hawaii. I’m finally up and walking after spinal surgery a year ago. Simply don’t heal fast as I used to. Took a little tumble in our home three weeks ago. Landed on bad right knee. Did not think bad enough to see doctor. But the darned thing still hurts. Oh well, such is life. That’s our latest news. Wishing you all the best in 2019. Trusting life has been good to you.
