Patricia's Story
Don't you wonder where 42 years have gone? Remember when we thought we would never make it through those twelve years of school. Elementary, Junior High, and High School were a big part of our lives - if we had only known then what we know now, huh?
The friendships developed during those times still bring warm memories when life seems to be hitting those ruts. I'm thankful for the friends who helped to make those developing years something special. I see names on the list of "Kids" who went to Dyer St then to Olive Vista and on to Sylm...Expand for more
ar High!! Remember Silhouettes at Olive Vista? Those Friday Night Dances could have spawned some soap opera scripts. And, well, who could beat those Sylmar Spartans!!
Although I moved away from Sylmar in 1978, there are lots of memories of fun times and friends!!
Hope this finds all of you at a good place in your life!!
My husband and I are recently retired and are starting to do some of those things we've dreamed of doing all of these years.
And, hey, I can stay up as late as I want (kind of like a permanent summer vacation!!)
