Patricia's Story
Life
I lived in Arlington Heights from the time I was 11 until I got married in 1982. I graduated from Illinois State University with a BA in Teaching--but never actually taught school. I worked at a bank in AH for several years and then for Baxter, Int'l. for several years, until I married and had my first child. After our second child was born we were transfered to CA, where I've lived for the past 18+ years. I then stayed at home, raising three children, who are now 24, 22, and 19. rking on my masters degree in Psychology, but never finished--life got in the way. I own a horse, and used to ride competitively in local horse shows (english-hunter-jumper classes, for those of you who are horse-savy). Age and physical injuries have taken me out of competing, but I still ride every day.
I'm a huge sci-fi fan. It started with "The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings" series, Star Wars, Star Trek (and all the newer versions) and most recently Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis. I've read and am a huge fan of all the "Harry Potter" books.
