Patricia's Story

Life After highschool I got married, raised two wounderful boys. Tommy the oldest, is in his sec. yr. at parkland, and Tony is a Jr. at Rantoul High. I have worked at several different jobs over the years. I worked as a welder at Eagle Wings for ten yrs., when my bad knee went out on me. At that point I had to make a lot of changes in my life. e was my job. I took some classes at Parkland in early childhood development, and went to work at a daycare center. When it closed I opened a daycare in my home, and I love every min. of it. I have three babies (3yrs., 1 1/2, and a 1yr. old) that I take care of. It's not a big money maker, but the hugs, and kisses that I get every day help make up for that.
