Patricia's Story

Life I think my best accomplishment is my children. Corny, I know, but I believe that my children are contributing to our world in wonderful ways and am proud of the job they are doing as young adults, young marrieds and young parents. I now see the new generation being born and am blessed to be part of that magic as well. Thank heavens for Facebook so I can see pictures of my grandchildren on an ongoing basis and feel I am involved in some way in their lives. Workplace I am now retired as a result of a congenital heart defect that decided to become a problem in 2012 just before Thanksgiving. ent! I am now a bionic woman with a mechanical heart valve, and am still in recovery a year later but getting better all the time! I met a wonderful person a year before surgery and he asked me to marry him. When I discovered I would have to have such a big surgery I offered him the opportunity to say good-bye. He looked at me like I was crazy and we have been together since. We married April 20, 2013 and my brother who is now a pastor officiated at our wedding. All four children have accepted Dale and we are building an awesome life together here in AZ! Well, it is snowing...love the Spring on the Rez! We need the water...BUT....so here is a picture of my spring flowers I made. Still learning, but it's kind of fun!
The wood creche was Dale's from long ago. So happy we can share this now. It was hand carved.

I bought the figures and then found the angel and the scene at a craft store in Atlanta. It has lasted all these years. So blessed!
This is the first creche I had as an adult. All four of my children would see this from infancy on. The little angel is a tree topper from my childhood that I was able to take after mom died. Special memories.
