LIFE IS WHAT HAPPENS WHILE YOU ARE MAKING OTHER PLANS....I guess thats how my life has been. Looking over my life I feel as if i've been playing Pong, always "dealing" with life events rather than directing the events. But having said that, I have been truely blessed God has guided my steps so that I've ended up just where I need to be at this point in my life. I surely never thought I'd end up in New Mexico but It's the perfect place for me right now. I have a wonderful son who followed me to New Mexico and has made a good life for himself here. I left NY in 1980 and moved with my husband to Northern Va. right outside of Washington DC. I soon divorced...Expand for more
but remained there to raise my son, I left Va in 2004 to move to New Mexico. I see this move as a new chapter in my life because I'm really a very different person from the women who left NY. For the first time in my life I have time to stop and reflect on who I've come to be and where do I go from here, and It's a little scary getting to know myself (maybe for the 1st time). But I look forward to this journey because for as much as I've changed this world is a whole new place. The Internet and Technology has made this a Brave New World, I don't know if I like this new world but truely I must live in it so here I go....I'll have to get back with you later.
