Patricia's Story
Life
I am still living here in Camden, I guess that makes me a life-long resident. I was married and had a wonderful son and now have a granddaughter who is the light of my life. After many years I was divorced and on Dec. 28, 2002 I will be marring my soul mate, Stephen Allen. We have been together for 7 years and have become foster parents. That is one of the best things that has ever happened to me. At this point we have 4 boys but that can change at any time. Personalty wise, I have changed a great deal. I am now much more outgoing and most of the time not afraid to speak my peace.

lly isn't much to say here, I went to work at Mystic Stamp after finishing school, worked there for a few years then left the work force for a while to raise my son to school age. From there I worked at Camden Wire for 20 years, got terminated, as did many others, in the big downsizing in March of 1997. I took some computer training through the displaced worker plan and went to work for the Bank Of New York for a year and a half but couldn't stand the drive so when the opportunity arose I went back to Mystic Stamp where I started to work until retirement. At this point I am out of work because of some hand surgery.
