Patrick's Story
After graduation I joined the US Air Force and retired after 20 years. While in the military I was stationed at Wurtsmith AFB, Michigan, Aviono Italy, Shaw AFB SC and finally Minot AFB, ND. During my tenure in the Air Force, I retired as a Technical Sergeant (E-6). I served as a Security Specialist from 1974-1979. After the Vietnam War was over, the Air Force had to many Security Specialists, and I had to re-train in Civil Engineering in the Pavement and Heavy Equipment Operator field which I did not really enjoy. ng Manager of the Year in 1989, and NCO of the Month for my Squadron. I retired from the Air Force in July 1994. After the Military I lived in St. Cloud, MN. to go to school I received my two B. S. Degre in Social Science (with an emphasis in History) and Degre in Secondary Education in 1999. It was fun and I even taught at Braymer as a sub!! Life goes on and in 2012 I decide I wanted to work on Masters, so I did and in 2015 I graduated with Masters in Online Education and I am currently working on my PhD thesis in Education with a grad date in 2023....... "Dr. Patrick E. Jagars"??? That looks strange..;)...Ill get used to it.
