Patrick's Story
Life
Retired after a 27 year career in the Coast Guard. BS-ISM from the University of San Francisco, I continued my computer/network career with management jobs at Firemans Fund Insurance Co and MCI/Worldcom in San Francisco. Sold our house in California and moved back to Alabama to pursue a retirement career in golf. After 5 years as an Assistant Golf Professional at Craft Farms Resort and Timber Creek, I was enlightened that you should never pursue a career that involves your favorite hobby. ired in Alabama. Three sons in SF Bay Area (two in Computer Science IBM and City of Sacramento, and one electrician). Two daughters local (Gulf Distributing Executive and a Dr. at University of South Alabama). Ten grandchildren. In my 15 years back home, I have yet to meet anyone that I went to school with. Where did you all go?
Hobbies: Golf, Photography, Woodworking, Music (playing harmonica at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Fairhope and at numerous Assisted Living centers in Baldwin County).
