Patrick's Story
Hello to my old(literally)friends from Immaculate Conception.I look back with fondness at my history of non-accomplishment and realize it started here.After graduating and going to St. Marys H.S. I somehow was admitted to Long Island University in Brooklyn where I somehow(certainly not through diligent study)I earned a degree in political science. After graduating I became interested in the stock market and worked on Wall St. and actually became President and Chairman of the Board of a small brokerage firm(I swear this is true).When the market turned downward I found myself in the trucking busines...Expand for more
s which suited me well.Heavy drinking and carousing were considered positive behavior in trucking and I quickly became a rising star.Then something strange happened.I stopped drinking.My career quickly nose dived.Then in 1980 I took a job with Chrysler Corp. in NYC.I had a lot of success there untill they sold off the location I worked in.I soon found myself working in the trailer leasing business managing the Buffalo office of Transamerica Leasing.I remarried(very happily) and have remained in the Buffalo/Niagara Falls N.Y. area.I recently retired and will probably start a real estate career soon.
